Usage Notes

When to use: Use bulk actions when administrators or case workers need to perform the same operation on multiple records simultaneously. This pattern is common in case management dashboards, document review queues, and batch processing interfaces.
Accessibility considerations: The action bar uses aria-live="polite" to announce selection changes to screen readers. Each row checkbox has an accessible label. The select-all checkbox in the header has a descriptive label. The confirmation modal traps focus and supports keyboard dismissal with Escape. Success alerts are announced via ARIA live regions. The sticky action bar remains visible while scrolling so users always have access to batch actions.
