Usage Notes

When to use: Use this pattern in account settings or profile pages where users need to control their notification delivery method, choose which notification channels are active, and set their preferred language for communications.
Accessibility considerations: Toggle switches provide immediate visual feedback. The radio group uses arrow key navigation for delivery method selection. A success alert is announced via a live region when preferences are saved. All form controls have descriptive labels and helper text.

Customization points: Notification channels can be added or removed based on agency capabilities. Language options should reflect the languages your agency supports. The delivery method options may vary (e.g., adding push notifications or mail). Preferences are persisted to session storage in this demo; replace with your API in production.
