Usage Notes

When to use: When users need to book a specific date and time for an appointment. Best used after a location has been selected. The calendar grid provides an overview of availability across the month, reducing the need for trial-and-error date selection.
Accessibility considerations: The calendar grid supports full keyboard navigation: arrow keys move between days, Home/End go to start/end of the week, and PageUp/PageDown navigate between months. Date and time selections are announced via live regions. Each date cell has descriptive ARIA labels including availability status. Time slots use a radio group for clear single-selection semantics.
